2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India through our trusted logistics partners.

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you as soon as possible and initiate a refund (if payment has already been received).

International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any such services will be governed by a separate shipping policy, where applicable.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote & Rural Locations: 5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local service conditions.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date the order is placed.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect contact number.

  • Delivery refusal.

  • Failure to respond to courier communications.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery location.
