2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, food safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened food products.

  • Opened herbal powders or supplements.

  • Opened spices or seasonings.

  • Opened skincare or personal care products.

  • Products that have been used or partially consumed.

  • Products without their original packaging or seals.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or special sale events, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.


3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered.

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Missing item(s) in the package.

All exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, SPARKOLITE® may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement of similar value.

  • Issue store credit.

  • Process a refund.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please keep the following information ready:

  • Order Number.

  • Customer Name.

  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address.

  • Clear photographs of:

    • The outer shipping package.

    • Shipping label.

    • Product received.

    • Any visible damage or defect.

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required for claims involving transit damage or missing items.

Incomplete claims or requests submitted without sufficient evidence may not be approved.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once your request is received:

  • Our Quality Assurance Team will review the submitted details.

  • Additional information may be requested if necessary.

  • You will receive an approval or rejection of your request within 2–5 business days.

SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.


6. Refund Policy

Once an approved return has been received and successfully inspected (where applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI: 3–5 Business Days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 Business Days

  • Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

  • Digital Wallets: As per the payment provider's processing time

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer after verification of bank account details

Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to:

  • An incorrect product shipped by us.

  • A damaged product received.

  • A manufacturing defect.

  • An error on our part.

SPARKOLITE® will bear the applicable return shipping costs.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest possible opportunity.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details while placing an order.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Failure to accept delivery.

  • Customer unavailable after delivery attempts.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, handling, and logistics charges before processing any eligible refund.


11. Product Variations

Many SPARKOLITE® products are made using natural ingredients. Slight variations in colour, aroma, texture, taste, or particle size may occur due to seasonal and natural differences in raw materials.

These natural variations do not indicate a manufacturing defect and are not eligible for return or exchange.


12. Limitation of Liability

SPARKOLITE® shall not be liable for delays or inability to process returns, exchanges, or refunds arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
