Cancellation Policy

At SPARKOLITE®, we strive to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled, and the circumstances under which cancellations may not be possible.

By placing an order through the SPARKOLITE® website, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Since we aim to process orders promptly, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, where applicable.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately using the contact details available on the SPARKOLITE® website.

Please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address

  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Requests are processed based on the current status of the order.


3. Cancellation Approval

A cancellation request will be approved only if the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.

If the order has already been:

  • Packed

  • Handed over to the courier partner

  • Dispatched

  • Marked as shipped

the cancellation request may be declined.

You will be informed of the status of your cancellation request as soon as reasonably possible.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines are:

  • UPI: 3–5 Business Days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 Business Days

  • Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

  • Digital Wallets: As per the payment provider's processing timelines

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable unless an advance payment has been made.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.


5. Cancellation by SPARKOLITE®

SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock.

  • Pricing or typographical errors.

  • Technical errors affecting the order.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Inability to deliver to the specified location.

  • Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by SPARKOLITE®, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


6. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders generally cannot be cancelled once they have:

  • Been packed for dispatch.

  • Been shipped.

  • Been handed over to the courier partner.

  • Entered the delivery process.

Customers who no longer wish to keep an order after dispatch should refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, where applicable.


7. Promotional & Special Offer Orders

Orders placed during:

  • Flash Sales

  • Limited-Time Promotions

  • Clearance Sales

  • Festival Campaigns

  • Bundle Offers

  • Special Discount Events

may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions as specified during the promotional period.

SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to withdraw promotional offers or cancel orders where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.


8. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately.

Where possible, duplicate orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled and refunded.

Once dispatched, duplicate orders will be governed by the applicable return policy.


9. Changes to Orders

Requests to modify an existing order, such as:

  • Shipping Address

  • Contact Number

  • Product Quantity

  • Product Variant

can generally be accommodated only if the order has not entered the dispatch process.

After dispatch, modifications may no longer be possible.


10. Refused Deliveries

Customers are encouraged to avoid refusing delivery of shipped orders without a valid reason.

Where a shipment is refused without justification and is returned to our warehouse, SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, handling, and return logistics charges from any eligible refund, where permitted by law.

Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.


11. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, cancellation requests associated with suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, payment disputes, or repeated misuse of our services may be declined or subject to additional verification.

SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.


12. Force Majeure

SPARKOLITE® shall not be liable for delays or inability to process cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Fires

  • Earthquakes

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Labour strikes

  • Internet or power outages

  • Acts of war or terrorism


13. Policy Updates

SPARKOLITE® reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
